You are eligible for the student fee if you are a student (Master or PhD) within the academic
year 2025-2026 or 2026-2027.
As a member of EU HE CICERO, you are eligible for the EU HE CICERO member fee.
The organization will monitor the correct selection of registration fees. If you have incorrectly chosen a student or EU HE CICERO member fee, we will automatically change your registration fee to a regular registration. You will be notified after the change.
You may also register on-site in Mechelen (on-site fees apply).
The conference office must be notified of cancellation of registration:
Cancellations will be accepted in writing only (ichs@kuleuven.be) and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee, the bank account number used during your transaction and/or the transaction number.
